Open communication is essential to our success, HANA has established a regulatory communication channel where employees or relevant individuals can report any illegal or unethical conduct, with strict confidentiality guaranteed for the reporting party.

You may report any concerns or allegations, potential violations of law or regulations, or our Code of Conduct. HANA will ensure that there will be no negative work-related consequences resulting from any individual reporting a violation of law, the Code of Conduct, or other Company guidelines in good faith, or who raises questions about ongoing or anticipated conduct. Individuals who believe that they have been retaliated against for reporting a potential violation should contact the HANA Head of Human Resources and Training. Top management will take all reports seriously, investigate the matter, and take appropriate action.
