- Bachelor's degree in
relevant field, MBA degree is advantageous
- Strong background in
similar position within a manufacturing factory,
preferably from electronics or semiconductor
industry
- Minimum 2 years a manager
from multi-cultural manufacturing environment
- People-oriented, proven
track record in organization development with
strong leadership
- Hands-on with strong
interpersonal, communication and persuasive
skills
- Self-driven and assertive
with good analytical mind and detail-oriented
- Very Good command in
English, both written and spoken

1. Process Engineering
Section Manager
The Challenge
: Reporting to Engineering
Director, the qualified incumbent is expected
to manage engineering function in on-going development
of production processes, ensuring optimum efficiency
of all responsible operations at possible lowest
cost.
The Professional
: Experienced in semiconductor
manufacturing process with very good knowledge
at chemical plating. At least one year in managerial
level.
2. Accounting Section
Manager
The Challenge
: Reporting to
Financial Controller, the qualified incumbent
is expected to supervise general accounting and
cost accounting, conduct month-end closing, and
prepare financial and management accounting reports
on a timely basis.
The Professional
: Extensive
knowledge of GAAP (General Acceptable Accounting
Practices) and experienced in supervision of a
group of at least 5 accountant.
