1. Process
Engineering/Sr. Process Engineer
The Challenge :
To design and control
production process to achieve high quality products
within appropriate lead-time and minimized production
cost
The Professional :
Experienced in manufacturing
process control, preferably in semiconductor industry.
2. Test
Engineer/Sr. Test Engineer
The Challenge :
To develop test production
process through the utilization of new technology,
knowledge and equipment.
The Professional :
Experienced in I.C. testing
process control.
3. Quality
Engineer
The Challenge : To
support QA teams on product specifications, equipment
and technical aspects. Also responsible for coordination
of formal customer complaints, participation in
problem investigation, identifying appropriate
corrective / preventive recurrence and delivering
proper response to customers in time.
The Professional : Experienced
in ISO9001 or QS9000 or TIS16949 quality management
system and specialize in writing work procedures.
Quality-oriented and root-cause problem solver
who is able to leverage teams and relationship
management effectively.
4. SPC
Engineer
The Challenge : To
support the manufacturing and test operations
for all SPC (Statistial Process Control) / TCM
(Total Control Methodology) related issues, with
capacity of in-house instructor. Conduct SPC/TCM
audit and issue/follow up CAR for non-conformance
issue.
The Professional :
Experienced in ISO9001 or
QS9000 or TIS16949 quality management system and
specialize in writing work procedures. Good knowledge
at FMEA, Control Plan, MSA/Positrol Plan, SPC
Improvement Plan, SPC CAR.
5. F/A
(Failure Analysis) & Reliability Engineer
The Challenge : To
perform failure analysis, determine failure mechanism,
generate F/A report and supervise F/A personnel
and/or carry out relevant reliability activities.
The Professional :
Bachelor's degree in Materials
Science or Physics or Electronics Engineering.
Familiar with simulation process and special equipment
usage for temperature / humidity / tolerance testing
of I.C. piecework's reliability . Experienced
in ISO9001 or QS9000 or TIS16949 quality management
system and specialize in writing work procedures.
6. Customer
Service Engineer
The Challenge :
To be coordinator between
customers and manufacturing in order to provide
technical services that relate to company business
to customers.
The Professional :
Good understanding
of production and quality management system. Very
good communicator in both language and style,
including efficiently and effectively articulating
a message.
7. Facility
Engineer
The Challenge
:To
supervise electrical work, including earth work
/ concrete / steel structure design and construction.
To deal with sub-contractors.
The
Professional : Bachelor's
degree in Electrical or Electical Power. Experienced
in energy conservation for not less than 3 years.
