quality products and J.I.T delivery. Employing over 1,200
people and using MRP II systems. Hana(Shanghai)
is equipped with fully automated machinery for CHIP-ON-BOARD,
SURFACE-MOUNT, MICRO-COIL WINDING and PRINTED CIRCUIT
BOARD ASSEMBLY (PCBA) services.

in the electronics industry, with 3 years
in the supervisory or management position.
- Prefer working in the semiconductor
IC packaging ( front end operations ),
testing environment or in the microelectronics
manufacturing environment such as SMD,
COB, PCBA .
- Knowledge and experience in the telecom-
munications, automotive electronics, or
RFID application is a
plus.
