Hana Microelectronics Public company Limited (Lamphun Plant), a member of Hana Group of companies, was established in Lamphun province, Thailand in 1993. Now, as one of the leading subcontractors of printed/ flexible circuit board assembly for automotive, telecommunication, camera,

1. Project  Engineer  ( 1   position)

 
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering field, preferably in Electronics and Mechanical.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in new project or new product introduction function, qualification lot build, accustomed with surface mount technology, chip on board assembly, printed circuit board assembly, or front end IC process (die attach, wire bond, encapsulation), flip chip, reel to reel. Also familiar with process/tooling design.
  • Good written and spoken English is a must.
  • Able to work in Lamphun province.


 2. Overseas  Buyer ( 1 position)
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
  • Minimum 1-2 year experience in sourcing/buying parts in electronics manufacturing firm(s), with ability to contact/negotiate with overseas vendors.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Able to operate PC.
  • Able to work in Lamphun province.





3. Product/Process  Engineer ( 1  position)
 
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial or Telecommunication Engineer.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in Flip Chip process/technology, surface mount technology, Chip on board assembly, printed circuit board assembly, or front end IC process (die attach, wire bond, encapsulation).
  • Good English communication.
  • Able to work in Lamphun province.

 

4. Test  Engineer ( 1  position)
 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Electronics, Electrical or Telecommunication.

  •  Basic knowledge in integrated circuit with experience in trouble shooting/ failure analysis test function or any related functions.

  • Can communicate in English.

  • Able to work in Lamphun province.
